TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON COVID RELATED POSTPONEMENT AND/OR CANCELLATION:

  • DKCM reserves the right to change the dates of any event if artists are unable to perform as a direct result of having to isolate.

  • DKCM reserves the right to change the dates of any event if Government health guidelines, such as a change to the Covid Alert Level or Traffic Light level precludes the performance from going ahead on the date specified on the ticket.

  • If an event is postponed, your tickets will be automatically reassigned to the new dates or you can request a full refund of the ticket price (less any non-refundable booking and transaction fees) upon presentation of the ticket. An application for refund must be received within 30 days of the event date specified on the ticket.

  • If an event is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price (less any non-refundable booking and transaction fees) can only be provided upon presentation of the ticket. An application for refund must be received within 30 days of the event date specified on the ticket.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • Tickets purchased via DKCM Ltd are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged except as required by law.

  • DKCM reserves the right to vary advertised artists, programs, times, dates and shows.

  • For group table bookings every endeavor will be made to seat your group together dependent on venue layout and show requirements.

  • All tickets must be purchased through the DKCM ticketing website.

  • Each person must have a ticket.

  • The right of admittance is reserved. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or event. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed entry to the show.

  • Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted during the performance unless otherwise advised.

  • DKCM reserves the right to change pricing, event start times, event dates, door times, seating layouts, venue capacity or other event details.

  • The right of admission is reserved and is subject to DKCM's and Venue's terms of admission. 

  • Tickets will be void if on-sold or traded at a premium or in conjunction with other goods or services, or used in advertising or as a competition prize, without written permission from DKCM. In the event of a breach of this condition, the ticket holder will be denied admission or expelled and, on request, the ticket will be delivered up to DKCM Ltd.

  • Where special pricing is available, suitable identification will be required at the time of ticket pickup to prove that the conditions required for that special pricing is met.

  • The Ticket Holder consents to and will permit the search and inspection of their person, clothing, bags or other possessions by any official, employee or agent of the venue and/or DKCM both prior to and after the Ticket Holder's entry to the venue
